Stupid penalty and yes it wasn't a foul BUT you can't defend like that it was pathetic, at half-time I'd have taken Harper and Latty-Fairweather off ,the latter doesn't look good enough for this league he's too fragile, Harper too slow and George Walker Why doesn't he get to the bye line instead of cutting back inside!, Cranshaw/ Ward need to start, it we're playing a back 3 then the wingbacks have to be better than what we have!

Football can be very cruel at times and tonight that was one of those times.
The performance was a million miles better than any other game this season imo and yes we did play some good football. We could and should have had it sewn up by HT.
Yeovil will know they got away with one tonight. They should have been down to ten men in the first half when Reid was pulled back by the last man. I recall Canavan being red carded for similar twice last season.
Commitment work rate endeavour some lovely football we looked good tonight.
The penalty well the ball should never have got there in the first place. Whitfield just jogging back while his man went past him was criminal IMO.
As for the winner well that was a shocker form the referee to award them the free kick. Amos made a fantastic tackle and took the ball. More baffling as the ref had let worse than that go all night for both sides.
Yes we were beaten but way way more positives tonight than the first 3 games IMO.
When it clicks somebody willl get a bloody good hiding from us lets hope its Kidderminster on Monday.

Did not see any of it, following from afar, but the problem is and has been for the last three seasons sticking the bloody thing in the net and often. We can’t defend leads.

Extremely peeved off as the fans give it all- great display. Don’t bother with the inquest. It’s down to one thing.

Yes Whitfield was strolling but 2 others were right by him, but the tackle was pathetic!
The free kick yes it didn't look like a foul but even then what on earth were the defence doing?
Yes the effort was there but we lack quality up front, Walker keeps crossing too early and won't take his man on , Latty-Fairweather is just too weak so you look at the team and the question is how are we going to score when you have one forward up front?
Effort will not win you games!

We are really lacking a proper vocal commanding centre back in the middle of that back 3, and a pacy striker (who can get 20 goals of course!) We more than deserved to win tonight but playing one striker at home, and then how we went into our shell after we went 1v0 up doesn’t suit Murray’s “we will chase 2,3,4 goals etc” philosophy.
Saw enough tonight to say with a few changes (start Ward!) we can be comfortably mid table, but I’d still get rid of a few of last seasons players if we can

From where I was sat Reid beat the last man he was away before being pulled back.
Whitfiled has lost what pace he had the way he was just jogging back when the guy passed him was criminal IMO.
Laity Fairweather does not know what Latty faiweather is going to do so god help his teammates.
Ive seen enough tonight to say play like that we win more than we lose and finish comfortable mid table.

I’m not naturally an optimist, but if we stick with them I’m confident they’re going to turn it around. We win that game 9 times out of 10. They’re a completely different team compared with last season. The aggression and effort is there for all to see. There’s not a huge amount of fluency yet but I think it’ll come.

Come on, we’ve tried pessimism before, and all it does is breed pessimism. It’s such a cliche. Let’s try to change our mindset as much as Murray is trying to change theirs.
