Proving to be a good keeper.
Many more performances like that someone will sign him for a fee.

Yeh I agree Pedro.

A few folks doubted him after stanway left but has shown what potential he has

Not just yesterday but quite a few moments where he has saved the day.

As for going anywhere for a fee? Let's just enjoy his ability whilst he proudly wears that shirt for us.

Thought his kicking was ok.. especially with the conditions.

He's definitely a keeper...🫣

Let’s be fair, I don’t think we’ve had a bad keeper from Dixon to present. Sure, they are not infallible (like all players), but for the past few seasons they have been behind a mostly woeful defence and last man standing.
If we could coach our attack, midfield and defense like we coach our keepers, we would be a very decent team.

I've always liked Winterbottom and I thought he was unlucky not to get more of a run last season, especially when Stanway was struggling towards the end.
He was unfortunate that he got injured at Tranmere away as I think he'd have got more of a run but for that and that little oik Kristian Dennis.

He's a good shot stopper, quick off his line and good at one on ones. Yes some of his kicking could be better and there's been or two goals that you could say he maybe could do better with but there's no complete keepers at this level - if they are then they move on up higher. He's certainly saved us more than he's cost us this season.
Aside from Farman I can't think of too many keepers we've had that could kick really well even going back to Dixon and a really long time ago to the days of Simon Bishop!

Winterbottom will move to the EFL once his Contract ends(or maybe even before) and follow Stanway, strange how a few said both aren`t good enough to play for Non-League Barrow.
