Not obscure at all, in fact prior to their game last Saturday BBCRC apologised for some comments he made previously relating to their protracted takeover.

I bought my train ticket last week after being told at the station that northern had no spare capacity to put on a special football train. As I bought it at the station I can use it on any train on the coastal route as it is not time specific which makes me think that I should be able to use it on the football special,if there's one. Most people going to the match will have already bought their rail tickets,so if it is true somebody has been very late organising it.

When we play Carlisle later on in the season at Barrow are the police also going to insist that the kick off time of this match is altered or will it remain the right of Barrow AFC to keep to a 3pm kick off?

I'd love to do that train journey without the 300 stations it normally stops at. Regardless of whether there was a derby at the end of it or not!

Not on tonight.

Is he still suspended?

He was expressing an opinion, although admittedly I didn't hear the full comments, by what I can gather there was nothing inflammatory about what he said.
With Cricketer Michael Vaughn also been taken off the air because of a single (allegedly) throw away remark he made years ago, you begin to wonder what's happened to our freedom of speech in the country, especially where the BBC is concerned.

I’d be very careful chucking what James Philips has said in with Michael Vaughan; two very different situations

I didn't put on the comments in the latter part of the post which appear to have been attributed to me.

My post ended with 'is he still suspended?'

Blue devil put on the rest of it.

9am Barrow to Carlisle; hopefully train companies will agree to change pre bought tickets if required. Won’t be a dry train
