Agree with this.
He also knows the strengths and weaknesses of the players - our best formation - who to play and who to put on the bench.
Just depends if he wants the responsibility.

I couldn't believe when we (Swindon) appointed Brown and I was delighted when he was sacked. Was completely useless at Southend last time out as well. You'd go down with him in charge.
