Simple Really (Bayliss)
So he is on his last chance now surely .
If we are languishing in the bottom 3rd of the Conf North by Xmas do you think we should call it a day?
I like Bayliss and I really home we can hit the ground running. But if there are man management problems and terrible tactical decisions that see us playing not to lose then surely. That has to be it

Re: Simple Really (Bayliss)
I can't believe we have another post like this again.
Languishing near the bottom of the league and gates at 600 then yes Bayliss goes.
How many topics have we had on this?

Summer threads..
You should just close this place over the summer Ste, it's depressing how dull my fellow fans can be.

If we are mid table at Christmas or top of the league should we keep Bayliss in?

Re: Simple Really (Bayliss)
If we're bottom 4 at Christmas then yes, we need to look at whether we need some fresh ideas.
It's pretty obvious, though, that the club would be looking at the options in that situation, and that people would be calling for his head - so why are we bothering discussing it now? It's just unnecessary negativity. If we're in trouble at Christmas, we'd look at whether we have a better option. But we probably/hopefully won't be, so who cares?
Although if we're in that top 4 at Christmas, does that mean we have to give Bayliss a 10 year contract and a 3x pay rise?

Well said, we on here are supporters of our club.Barrowabc wrote:Pointless negative thread by someone who never has anything good to say about club

Look at the definition of a supporter in the dictionary "someone who supports a particular person or group".
Let's not destroy our club with negativity, leave the negativity to the away teams fans,
I know it's a forum and everybody is entitled to his or her opinion!
But for heavens sake let us ALL support our club.
We're all supporters on here. Let's leave the negative comments to the away fans
