In latter seasons it has to be Ashley Grimes.Useless and lazy. Tfd to Southport and came on as a sub for them, playing us at Haig Ave and was then subbed himself.

Biggest disappointments in recent years, therefore probably the worst signings were: Marc Goodfellow, Sean McConnville, and Ashley Grimes. Nicholas was useless though.
Fofana seemed okay, not dreadful.

The one that stands out for me is Christian Smith.

I remember a right back getting subbed after about 15-20 minutes at Lancaster back in 2005 for being awful. Think he was called Paul Howarth. They'd gone 2 or 3 up early on, and he was viewed as the one to blame, so came off.

Hard to say just one person who is the worst over a spell, because there have been a lot not fit to wear the shirt, but on individual performances, that one stands out.
