'We are Barrow'
Anyone see the awful 'We are Barrow' painting on the wall of the crossbar end on Saturday?
Looks really cheap and tacky (like a primary school mural) and needs painting over ASAP.
Not against having something painted on that wall, but would be great if they got in a graffiti artist or signwriter to do a professional job. Makes us look tinpot and I assume we are trying to move away from that view!

It looks terrible. I hope vandals aren't getting into the ground.
The players tunnel looks even worse.
Bloody big bluebirds painted on the walls.
God only knows what the opposition think when lining up and seeing that.
Who is thinking up these things?

Well, the reviews sound encouraging…..anyone got a pic?
Re: 'We are Barrow'
I too thought it looked poor. Did anyone notice how the shade of blue got lighter as we moved across the letters. Was someone trying to capture the blue through the era’s as our nowadays blue is a lot lighter than our 1960’s blue. Or certainly that’s what my memory is telling me.

Blimey.
That’s….er…..different isn’t it?
And where has the netting gone that stops errant balls going into the fanzone? Or are we back to having a game of headers and volleys with our pre-match pints?

We will have to hope the fans stand in front of it!

Re: 'We are Barrow'
It’s all been a bit embarrassing having to tell about a dozen people this has NOTHING to do with us. It’s someone at the the club who has come up with it. One supporter even said he’d pay for the paint to cover it….and deliver it
I’m pretty sure we won’t be seeing anything like this on our travels this season.
Personal opinion here - the walls just inside the players tunnel aren’t much better…fine for a subway or underground but a football club, not for me!

We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.
