Junior joins
Re: Junior joins
Brought replacement? But only a one year deal so they might want to see how he gets on in league 2.
Re: Junior joins
Sounds like one for the future to me. Welcome Junior

Will be one for the B team
Re: Junior joins
Doubt it - he’s clearly brought in for competition for the LWB slot.

Re: Junior joins
Alright, me old mucker Junior! 'Ear we go, me son. Welcome to Barrow AFC, a proper Northern club, mate! We 'eard ya made the move up north and let me tell ya, ya couldn't 'ave chosen a betta place to land.
Up 'ere, we're all about grit, determination, and a good cuppa tea, of course! You'll find the locals as friendly as pie, always ready for a natter and a laugh. Now, I ain't gonna lie, the weather might be a bit nippy, but don't let that put ya off, son. We got 'earts as warm as a coal fire in the winter, we do.
Ya see, Barrow AFC is a family, and we embrace our players like they're one of our own. You'll 'ave the whole town behind ya, singin' and shoutin' till we're 'oarse.
We 'ave a rich footballing 'istory 'ere, and we reckon you'll fit right in, Junior. We've seen many a talent blossom in these parts, and we can't wait to see what ya bring to the pitch. Lace up those boots, lad, and show 'em what you're made of!
So, settle in, enjoy the local chippy, and don't be shy to mingle with the locals. You're one of us now, a proud member of Barrow AFC. Welcome to the North, me son! Let's make some magic happen on that pitch!

Sounds like a really good signing. From what he says he is very enthusiastic, which is what we want. Wild has always said he wants good players, but he also wants good people. Looks like we've got this. Welcome Junior.

I’m also confused. I’m not sure where algernons alter ego is meant to be from. Seems to migrate between Peter Kay and Delboy.Alwaysblue wrote: ↑Fri May 19, 2023 5:24 pmI dont often post but felt the need, clearly this character has nothing better to do in lifeAlgernon-Beers wrote: ↑Fri May 19, 2023 5:15 pm Alright, me old mucker Junior! Re: Junior joins
Could be wrong but I think we’ll sign another left back yet with the starting 11 in mind. We had Ben Whitfield there on the last day so it showed up the lack of back up
