BBC Northwest

Club is featured on this evening's (6:30) edition, apparently. Sadly, Scotland doesn't think BBC Northwest is sufficiently important so any reports of its content welcomed.

From what I can gather the Piatak family have lost interest in Carlisle United and turned their attention to Barrow !!.

Behind the scenes look at Barrow AFC. Going to be a regular feature in the coming weeks and months. A great opportunity to raise the profile in the club.

Your link didn't seem to work, Hadrian (and Scotland is still in the UK :D ). Try this one: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m ... s-16102023

Just watched this and it portrays the club in a very good light. We are now light years away from where we were a few years ago.Well.done to the club from setting this up.Who needs multi millionaires and a series on Netflix.Let's just hammer them in the return fixture.Onwards and upwards. :scarf: :scarf:

Thanks - I had added the code for a URL around it and it wasn't necessary. Removed now and correct (but works no better than yours!).

I'd take that with a pinch of salt.

Investors like The Piataks usually look for clubs with a much larger Fan Base than our own ie Carlisle and Wrexham. It's all about how they see a club's potential for making money. The days of investing money purely because of their love for a particular club are now gone.

Is there any way for exiles overseas to see this?
Have the BBC made it available for the club to share via its media channels?

Good work by someone at the club to set this up with the BBC.
