Hopefully a good addition to spice things up the business end of the pitch!

Re: Chris Popov
Hopefully none outgoing. With so much competition for places up front there are no excuses this season for not having a shot. .That's what they're there for. Looking forward to loads if goals.

Re: Chris Popov
All of our recent Premier League loanees have done well for us.
Stephenson.
McClelland.
Neal
Yates
Hopefully he’ll do well too.

Re: Chris Popov
Luke Norrington-Davies - now a full Welsh international.
Re: Chris Popov
Jimmy Dunne was at Burnley now with QPR
Re: Chris Popov
Hope this lad is succesful of course. Only drawback is when is he going to get a game. Can't play in the Carabao or EFL Trophy normal routes for 'fringe' players as he is cup-tied in both. That just leaves the Lancs Cup and as we haven't yet played last seasons final that could be months away. He could of course be so good he ousts any of the first team regulars but on current form that seems unlikely.

I know they weren't Premier but I rated Brodie when he was here and, another lad who was from Notts County, can't think of his name, or was that Brodie?
Re: Chris Popov
Brodie came from York and we were probably the only club to get his best. Had York not changed their manager while he was with us I think we would have had no problem getting him on a permament deal. Not strictly Prem when with us (briefly) but one ex-loanee who stands out is Tendayi Darikwa Came to us from Chesterfield but only managed one appearance - and even that might have been as sub.Chesterfield recalled him as they wanted him to have game time and he went on to a good career with the likes of Nottm.Forest and Wigan . After a season in Cyprus he joined Lincoln in the summer.
