Talking about a 34 year old coming in what capacity? Surely not as a player, he is 10Years too old. No coaching experience or administrational experience. Maybe Casson wants out and he is selling the club to him

Grant Holt has just moved with his wife and family back to Norfolk from Carlisle

Tranmere got what they deserved as they were the better team throughout. It was as big a mystery how we came to be 3-1 up as it was them scoring those last 3 goals. We are in a relegation dog fight make no mistake about it.

If Edmo is out of his depth which a lot on here think he is then Paul Casson is certainly out of his depth. He strikes me that the town of Barrow was not good enough for him so he crossed the pond and made a few quid for himself and turned his back on this part of the world. He also strikes me as a ...

No full time club will survive on gates of around 1400 and with nothing made from the FA Cup during Casson's time here. How long is he going to keep propping the club up. We won promotion last season more by good luck than good management. When Edmo wa s brought in he was the cheapest option at the ...

You just don't know the rules, when Danny flung himself towards the ball he made himself active within the game and could not get his arm out of the way does not come into it, if he had been on his feet in the position where he ended up with his arms by his side and the ball had struck his arm it wo...

I have watched that video of the sending off incidents 8 or 10 times trying to be neutral and anyone that says the ref was not spot on does not know the laws of the game. In the first instance Livesey flung himself arms first trying to block the ball as the FGR player was about to shoot, the ball hi...

There has been more said on here about the Forest Green stewards than about the match itself. Maybe after reading their forum they had good reason for their stance to Barrow fans. I find it strange that their team has just hammered another team and their fans would rather talk and accuse the rival f...

I have just been reading a report from a Barrow fan at the game on another thread and he says it was a better save than Gordon Banks made in the world cup in Brazil.

The guy obviously wants success and with nonleague clubs with one man ownership very often leads to disaster. We have got where we are, not, by playing good football but by having the players who know how to grind out results and get wins when often is seemed impossible. That method won't work in th...

Now that Fylde have got their noses in front can't see them losing out to either Harrogate or Gloucester. Barrow on the other hand will need to win their last three matches and judging by recent performances will probably struggle to get the results they need.

Will have to improve on Tuesdays awful performance against Hednesford to get a result

A lot of unconvincing performances this season both home and away and it is just a matter of time till we get a bit of a spanking.
0-3

The reason the club is in the position it is today both on the football field and financially off it is because of what happened in 2008. We were unprepared then and we are unprepared now. Other than the cup runs it has been a backward spiral ever since. The simple reason the club is still here is b...

Don't get too excited over the 3 wins in the last fortnight. Wukky 3 points from last 36 and Staly 2 points from last 21!!!!!. Some tough matches coming up and we will have to be at our best to get the points we need from our last 20 games.
