I dont think you can do this because we tried to do this some time ago and because the repair shop has joint access how do you separate customers from there.

The repair shop own their business building and have shared access to the entrance to it. Everything after their lot is Barrow AFC property.

EDIT: Also they are closed on Saturdays and evenings so why does it matter?

Yes but the owner objected last time the club tried to introduce this, by the way I don t object to the charging of Patrons I am just explaining how it was.

If the garage owner did (or does) complain it would probably end up in him losing out as the garage and it’s customers use the clubs land (the car park) virtually all week during business hours. A bit of common sense would go a long way with this, that’s assuming he has complained in the past.

£2 to park your car right next to ground seems fair to me.
We all want the club to become self sustainable eventually.
This is just a small part of that. Match day revenues need to increase dramatically to reach that goal.

Using HS throughout the year.
A bar inside the ground
A well stocked affordable shop
Catering brought in house
A winning team with increasing crowds

All part of increasing revenue

Probably wrong but I would have thought that if you have a car park and are charging people to use it, you would have to have some sort of insurance, public liability insurance etc - you might not but I hope the club have checked it out

The only way to park on someone else's land is to drive over the land that belongs to the Soccer Bar!

Which land are you talking about?

The area of land that can only be accessed by driving/walking from Wilkie Road across land that is owned by the BFSC "Soccer Bar" so people can park on land owned by Walmart but leased to Furness Rovers. At £2 a time I think that is reasonable. Where the money goes I suggest has got nothing to do with you.

That must of been sudden i heard he was terminally ill only a short time ago, my Mother knew him well. Presume his wife will own it now.

Might be a good time to consider buying it once the dust has settled, particularly if we ever rebuild the ground.
