IE will have to say all the right things (as all managers do in these circumstances) in case nothing comes of it. I absolutely do believe though that if he was offered that job he’d go. Why would he not? Closer to his home, bound to be a bigger wage, a bigger budget and a league club. Theres too many pluses for him not to....unfortunately for us.

Forgive my stupidity..I've never been in to betting and I don't fully understand the odd or how it makes someone favourite? Just doesn't interest me..
