Yes look how he hires staff to the NHS ,borrows money from his own bank which is in a tax haven and charges his UK company that much they make no profit and therefore pay no tax.
He then pays the offshore bank the profit and pays little tax there.

Given predictions that this is expected to peak in around three months, we all need to face the fact that all football is likely to be suspended indefinitely

Depending when the all clear is given to resume normal life, I would say the fairest way to proceed is either

1) If things return to normal by the end of June, play the remainder of this season in July and August (cancelling pre-season friendlies), and continue the 2020-2021 season albeit with a later than usual start

2) If the situation is still ongoing (worst case scenario is that this could be up to a year), wait as long as necessary before completing this season and scrap the 2020-2021 season
