I understand peoples frustrations and concern but don't buy the act now or else it's too late. Only just passed the 1/3 mark of the season.

If we replace Dunn and we get to the 2/3 mark and are in the same position do we then replace manager again?

Think he needs more time.

And on the other side of the coin, if we get to the 2/3 mark in the same position with Dunn still in charge we will likely be kicking ourselves we didn't bring someone in with a transfer window to clean up the mess.

We are currently the third favourites for relegation with the bookies. Dunn is not the man to steady the ship and we should act now or risk the club falling back into the abyss and all the ground work etc will be for nothing.

I’m not sure about that, but he definitely ordered ‘ a taxi for Rooney’ last season. Enough said .

It is not simply about caring for the club, it is about professionalism. The fans will obviously demand a love for the club they support but to some players they play for an employer. I don't love the company I work for, I like the people I work with and for (most of them anyway) and that drives me to be professional.

I haven't seen any major evidence of any players 'slacking' on the pitch (Maybe Kay looked off it against Salford but that is the closest).

They are either just not good enough and /or the tactics are affecting their play but, for me, the effort has been there.
