The whole mentality of the club changed when Dunn came in, it went from we are here to complete and do well, to it's a massive step up and we want to do well but we know our place.

In his early media he had the air of an already beaten man

We have some good players.. I honestly think with a different manager and the same players we would be 15 points better off.

If the aim this season was just to stay up then we will go down, most fans would be delighted with that but the players and manager should be aiming higher than that.

if our board continue to procastinate over a decision, we'll have too much ground to make up, Dunn made out the other day there's plenty of games left he's deluding himself, yes games let but it means the win percentage becomes bigger that's without other teams winning.

Bradford have sacked their manager, on same points as us. Gives them a lead on attracting any potential candidate we may have in mind if we dilly dally over making a call on this...... needs swift action so we can act now before it’s too late.

In terms of potential new managers, two names stand out for me.

- Paul Hurst



- David Flitcroft



Both tick a lot of boxes.

- Available
- Good records
- League Two experience (and higher)
- Northern based
- Realistic targets

Personally I would make Flitcroft the number one target. It'll be interesting to see if either of them end up at Bradford.

Normally when the club know and they do know that the fans are questioning the manager and your not getting results esp in last 9 matches and we are conceding a lot of goals now then the club or any club would say hes got our support etc or they just sack him or the polite way - left by mutual consent (which means we'll pay you off but not sack you)
