Come back from 2-0 down and all you care about is a mistake from Farman. Wouldn’t like to be in the trenches with you. Nothing to say about Ray making another mistake that leads to a goal or does that not fit the negative narrative?

You would have thought there were 2 different teams playing for Barrow. First half was a total shambles.
No closing down, little tackling, little effort, incapable of passing the ball 5 yards to our own players and to compound it all, terrible mistakes by Farman and Ray gifting 2 goals.
Second half was a super performance. Tone was set with Gordon chasing around even in the few mins before he scored. No comparison between him and Bennett in terms of speed and scoring potential.
Although substituted, Gotts was one of the few who could be satisfied with his first half performance. Great to have him back and another with the pace to get around the field and create something.
Big bonus for me was Elliot Newby. Very intelligent, good on the ball, covered back very well.
Other than Whitfield who was very quiet, I thought all the subs did well when they came on although I'm sure Gotts was taken off purely because he has been out injured for so long and is probably not completely match fit.
