Listened to Pete Wild to post match interviews Morecambe and Swindon.

After the Morecambe game he thought we should have got something out of the game but the best side won.

Post Swindon he said that fans pay the money so can have there say but it was tinged with people forget how far we have come.

I don't think people have forgot how far we have come and how much this team has given us hope and that's down to him

The last two performances behave fallen well short of the standard he has set and that's what disappoints
Barrow supporters have been long suffering and appreciate where the club is ,what they don't like is capitulation and being second to every ball.

As stupid as it might sound, I don’t think the 2 games are comparable. Morecambe was always one which could trip us up given the hype, but because of the disastrous start, scramble on 2minutes (albeit in my opinion coming from lack of work rate and defensive nounce initially) just a fluke of a goal. Second so soon after was just a huge mistake from our most experienced player. I’m not sure therefore at 2-0 down in 10 you can even judge the performance from then on in. As everyone had said above, it’s not our thing to come back from 2-0!!
Saturday however wasn’t that at all, it was just a poor performance backed with a few more injuries, resulting in some more than unusual subs and formations.
Get the lads back, altho that’s not a guarantee (looked like they forced Stephenson back to soon on Monday) whether they’ll make the same mistake or at this stage just go shit or bust. Perhaps 60mins out of their best 11 is better than nothing.

A 4-4-2 however has never worked yet. Maybe cos it’s always brought in when the panic has already set in.
Assuming all is fit & available I’d go 4-4-2 for the last 5.
Shut up shop and just don’t lose.
I’d bring Tiensa back in at LB (albeit a risk after so long but he did it with TW ) Hopefully Canavan,
Play Stephenson & Campbell in CDM with Spence (if still blowing) and take your pick from Gotts/Whits/Newby other side. (Push EN back if JT not upto it)
I’d love to see a more defensive middle to stop Spence having to run about like a headless chicken & free up
Composure to feed the front line.
Both Campbell & Stephenson are calm and can pass the ball aswell as defend.
I’d still say Cole & Dom up top. With Emile. Great option if we just need a big nuisance.

We should have being 2/3 goals up against Swindon before they scored. Same old story - strikers missing golden opportunities. It's been going on all season. Telford missed a sitter! When is he going to score again? Anyone's guess

Regarding the booing. Fans have a right to boo. They pay their money.
Last Saturday was a f**king disgrace! And Morecambe not much better. What are fans supposed to do - slap em on the back and say "Never Mind Son"??? Really?

Someone at Morecambe suggested that the way we played - devoid of pace, weak tackling, inaccurate passing, missed goal scoring opportunities - made him wonder if they'd been out on the pi** the night before. I had the same thought.

Sometimes it's a kick up the backside that's needed! And IT IS needed ...before Tuesday!
