On a more serious note, Adam asked PW a couple of questions on RC (iirc) in the season just gone, around social media rumours, and the rumour often never turned out to be true.

Sorry - must have missed those questions in tonight's programme. Apologies if I did. All I heard was Adam saying that the "club has been approached", but with no further detail about who exactly at the club was approached. Both he and JP were very cagey which probably means they know exactly was is happening/has happened but are not allowed to say.

Maybe the Evening Mail will get it of the "the club". Oh wait a minute - what have I just said?

All the older supporters have seen it happen various times the new supporters will just have to get used to it if it's going well it doesn't last longer than 2 seasons usually just the joys of being a Barrow AFC Supporter.

I don't have the slightest idea whether Wild was, or was not, interviewed for the Bradford City job. If he was, it must have been many months ago and therefore will have little to do with our disastrous end of the season.
However, only the most blinkered of home fans would dream that any manager would not consider moving from a club with limited resources and average attendances when doing well for most of the season of less than 4,000 to a club with substantial resources and average attendances when doing badly for most of the season of 17,500!

And added expectation. Nothing less than promotion would be expected there. Evatt feeling the fan wrath now after missing out with Bolton in L1. Bigger clubs have different demands on the manager.

And do you seriously believe that added expectation ever stopped a manager moving to a larger club? It didn't stop Evatt, it wouldn't stop Wild and it wouldn't stop any other manager or player leaving us.

I imagine he is leaving but my guess is the club are happy to let him go but don't want to sack him while on such a long contract. Imagine he's in talks with other clubs and we are chasing a bit of compensation hense the delay. Purely a guess of course
