Wonder if Whing regrets taking the job and should have waited a couple of days before committing himself, he was contacted the day after the club sacked Clemence after the Swindon game and announced on the Monday must have been a very quick interview, hopefully he can sort this out of form squad quickly.

I don’t blame whing for setting up for a point but it’s always risky. A point would have of been fair, two very limited sides. Acqua is a good non league striker at best, I think and Presley looked decent when coming on. Deffos would be starting with him and/or smith going forward. Another nervy performance from Cameron, think the county fans were correct. Duru can’t defend for toffee and Jackson’s form has fell off a cliff

Likewise his interview with Adam (unless that's the one on Twitter - I don't have it). I picked up a comment about players needing to apply themselves, "including at training". I wonder if that might explain two of our loanees not being in the starting eleven?

We have to trust Whing to get on with it and find a formula that works. It certainly won’t happen overnight that’s for sure.

If he needs a couple of player's he wants Mark the board surely have to back him the stakes are too high now !

Nah, he's a winner and similar to evatt and it's not going to happen over night!

We have to be patient and unfortunately we have been very blessed over the last two seasons and did very well for who we are! I was naive and thought we would kick on this year and tbh, I'm pretty gutted we haven't BUT we are not bottom and I doubt we will be either.
It's a reality check for us all this season I think and NOBODY has a god given right to be in this league, we are where we are and now is the time to back the club, back it by not turning backs in disappointment.
Andy has taken this job, he knows what it's about and he won't want a relegation on his CV, nobody does. He will get us over the line and do what he's done previously and that's build a team of winners.

I think we all need to acknowledge the effort that our own fans put in today!.it's them who gave everything today, it's them that sacrificed their free time to travel miles n miles and give a shit! The players need to take a good look at them and understand what it's all about.

Couldn't understand how we were good against Grismby then changed the starting 11 for Doncaster (albeit it might have been 1 change) then change team again for today and play 2 defensive midfielders and 1 up front ? Should have gone at them and not sit back ! We are in a real fight now - next 2 home games are vital

Duru is no better than Eccleston and correct both can`t defend, the new signings haven`t so far changed anything, still giving away easy goals and don`t score enough.

DURU might be better off as an out and out winger.... 5-4-1 well that worked well didn't it?! How about having a go at some of these teams below us and press them from the off, they are below us for a reason. It just takes one or two of the teams below us to go on a run and we will be doomed with our county chums!

To be honest, I think that's half our problem!

If it ain't broke don't fix it.. now unless there are injuries I wonder why we meddle? And this applies to clemmence too!.

Managers role is surely to have your best 11 then your best back up in the subs!!

Will give AW the benefit of doubt while he susses it all out but we need to start being consistent with players then hopefully consistent with results.

I've not been a football manager but I have managed people, the first thing I do is identify who does what and what they bring to the table, them I put the best in the right place to give the best result.. it's not rocket science, it's just knowing who your best people are for the given role.

He has speed and ability to take players on a d is very good with the ball at his feet! Now unless the parent club says otherwise, I would be moving him up the pitch!

I think that ecclestons a very good athlete which gets him out of a lot of issues at this level. Duru seems a lot smarter going forward
