We need to get our act in order now.
💯% A good solid hardworking squad and an unfancied club can compete and beat the big spenders. Carlisle may have the fancy bus but they’ll need another root and branch review after falling short again.

recruitment, recruitment, recruitment.

Excellent. Much better for us to have another northern team staying in the National League, and it should be a good gate when we play them at home. Also, let’s be honest, some of those Radio Cumbria types would have been insufferable had they gone up (and they’re pretty insufferable as it is).

Let's hope we don't have silly kick off times or change the days at shirt notice again like they did previously!
Its Carlisle football club that request the early kick off by having a word in the ear of Penrith police headquarters/then everyone blames the police.

I've just read the following quote from Mark Hughes regarding a disallowed goal for handball for Carlisle . . .

"Georgie [Kelly] is adamant that it was not handball and that it should have been a goal. He's convinced that it hit something bony. To see that fly in at 2-1, I think we would have gone on to win the game."

It hit something bony? Are we to conclude that Georgie Kelly doesn't have any bones in his hands???

Carlisle will be favourites next season id imagine due to finances with Southend Scunthorpe Forest Green Harrogate Barrow and loser of play offs final Rochdale or Boreham Wood id imagine as top 7 favs id ideally like to see us push for the play offs as it's not as strong a national league going off past seasons if we can get recruitment correct and our clubs structure and get some identity back

Tallow.
Always find it bizarre when people are regular on a rival team’s forum. I’m sure it makes sense to some people.

It's all about perception.
Personally, I don't perceive myself as either insufferable or regular.
See you next season chaps.
