Isn't there plans to move training to PNE ?_bluebird_ wrote: ↑Sat May 02, 2026 12:14 pmAbout time winterbottom got a run out, id be stunned if hes not our number 1 gk next season. Thats if he doesn't decide to go elsewhere, which i wouldn't blame him for.
Training facilities need changing ASAP, not playing on grass clearly hasnt helped this year. There was a rumour a while back about moving to preston but not sure if its the usual nonsense that gets banded around socials.
Newport County (H) Pobably the last time in the EFL

As things stand if Newport score, Harrogate will go down with Barrow.

So please, take that on board when you put on the shirt of our club.

I hope we have a manager this week! As long as he's not been chosen by Wood.HenneysKnee wrote: ↑Sun May 03, 2026 12:40 am Roll over till next season when hopefully we’ll have a manager
Re: Newport County (H) Pobably the last time in the EFL
Didn’t Evatt manage a lot of the scouting? Wood had this “Barrow index”, presume it’s just some excel spreadsheet with a column ticked for “lacks character” “history of injury”
We need the character types of Connor Brown, Quigley, John Rooney, who both could score worldies even Josh Kay fought for the shirt.
I feel like perfect storms are a once in a generation thing but hope I’m proven wrong.
Hopefully Barrow rising have some kind of involvement, doubt they can get involved in terms of squad funding though.

They haven't got enough money to sort the Forum and Market out let alone anything else.bluessupporter wrote: ↑Sun May 03, 2026 9:39 amBe interesting to see what Barrow Rising actually does, apart from being a Quango. Nobody seems to know.
We will follow the soccer, over land and sea...
